3-Day Refund Policy

We offer a 3-day refund period from the date of purchase for eligible products and services.

To request a refund, please contact us within 3 calendar days of your purchase.

Online Consulting Services

Refund requests submitted within 3 days of purchase may be approved provided that the consultation has not yet taken place.

If the consultation has already been completed, the service is considered fully delivered and is no longer eligible for a refund.

Consultation appointments may also be rescheduled at no additional cost if requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.

Digital Products

Refund requests for digital products may be submitted within 3 days of purchase, provided the product has not been downloaded, accessed, or substantially used.

If the digital product has already been downloaded or accessed, it is considered delivered and is generally not eligible for a refund, except where required by applicable law.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
